In the matter of constructing a sewer in Clear Avenue
from 25 ft, east of Hazelwood Street to Germain Street;
thence east rly on Park Property along the center line of
Clear Avenu. (produced) from Germain Street.to 315.6 ft. east
of the center line of Germain Street; thence southerly on
Park Property on a straight line to a point on Ivy Avenue,
said point being 315.6 ft. easterly of the center line of Germain
Street — all of which is to be known as the CLEAR—GERMAIN SEWER
SYSTEM, undtr C. F. 184322 approved August 27, 1957.
RESOLVED, That all orders in the above matter be and the
same are hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded and all
proceedings in such matter discontinued.
