Museums and Stadia, and agreement made with the Contractor,
and a memorandum of said agreement having been filed with

Dear Sir:
Contract umber G-830 was awarded to the Hoffmann
Electric Comp. ny for Electrical Work in connection with
the Installat on of New Lighting at the Arlington Hills
Branch Librar , 1105 Greenbrier Avenue, and the Riverview
Branch Librar ; , 1 West George Street, St. Paul, Minnesota .
During the course of the work under the contract, it
was found nec:ssary to have installed additional outlets
for electriciuy at the St. Anthony Park Branch Library,
and at the re•;uest of the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium,
Museums and Stadia, negotiations have been conducted with the
Contractor wh. agrees to furnish and install these additional
electrical owlets at the St. Anthony Park Branch Library for
the amount of $345.00 which is a reasonable amount for the
labor and mat:rial involved.
It is the 'efore requested that a Resolution be submitted
to the Counci authorizing this extra in the amount of $345.00
under contrac ' number G-830 for the above described work.
