City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6633 of said
Moore Construction C•mpany for the contract price of $60,826.00, such bid being the lowest and
said Moore Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Cohd1lbe and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul.

Playground (Duluth Street and Case Avenue) to MOOSE CONSTRU7CTION COWAN in accordance with
City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6633 of said

said More Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the
