under Preliminary Order approved , 1957
The Council of the City of t. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, an. having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report an' the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceed& with.
2. That the nature of the ii provement which the Council recommends is grade and surface
with bituminous material the alley in Block 7, H. F. Schwabe's Addition; Block 7,
Lindley Heights, and Bloc 4, Lindley Park, from Griffith St. to the west line of
Lot 22, Block 7, H. F. Sc abe's Addition,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3,969.09
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 8th day of
_ October , 19 57 ,Iat the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
