Holland—I Resolved, That the two and three story frame and brick veneer building ..1 .x,,_�. .,..-tom Stre't -+ RESOLVED, that the two and three story frame and brick veneer building at 221-223 West Seventh Street, and the two story frame and brick veneer building at 340-342 Chestnut Street, in Saint Paul, both located on Lot 9 and the SWTly. 20 feet of Lot 10, Block 53, Rice and Irvinets Addition to Saint Paul, accord ng to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, were and are, by reason of ' heir structural condition, unsafe and dangerous to life, limb and - djoining property; that said structures are incapable of reaso able repair, replacement or remodeling so as to make the sam: reasonably safe, and should be wrecked and removed from said and; and it is ordered that said structures be forthwith wrecked and removed from said land by and at the separate cost and e' pense of the owner, occupant, or other person in control thereof.
