RESOLVED, that the one story frame dwelling on Lot 5, Block 10,
Olivierts Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in the
office of the Regis er of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also
described as No. 56 ' Orleans Street, in Saint Paul, was and is, by
reason of its struc ural condition, unsafe and dangerous to life,
limb and adjoining ;Iroperty; that said structure is incapable of
reasonable repair, eplacement or remodeling so as to make the
same reasonbly Safe and should be wrecked and removed from said
land; and it is ord: red that said structure be forthwith wrecked
and removed from sa' d land by and at the separate cost and expense
of the owner, occup- nt, or other person in control thereof.
