Resolved, That the two story frame
and brick veneer fourplex located on

RESOLVED, that the two story frame and brick veneer four-
plex located on all of vacated north and south alley adjacent
and all of east and west alley vacated and west one-half of
Lot 8 and all of loot 7, Block 8, College Park Addition, according
to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as No. 1605
Marshall Avenue, ii Saint Paul, was and is, by reason of its
structural condition, unsafe and dangerous to life, limb and
adjoining propertyi that said structure is incapable of reasonable
repair, replacement or remodeling so as to make the same reasonably
safe, and should b wrecked and removed from said land; and it is
ordered that said tructure be forth with wrecked and removed from
said land by and at the separate cost and expense of the owner,
occupant, or other person in control thereof.
