RESOLVED, that a permit be granted United Petroleum
Gas Company to instal a LP-gas cylinder filling installa-
tion at the Waldorf P per Products Company, Wabash and
Raymond Avenues, in Saint Paul, to be used to fill liquefied
petroleum gas cylindes from a 12,000 gallon propane tank
for lift truck operations, in accordance with applicant ' s
plans submitted , dat d August 8, 1957, and subject to all
rules, laws and regulations with reference to such installa-
tion and use, such installation to meet the specifications
of the National Board of Fire Underwriters and to be subject
to final inspection by the Fire Prevention Bureau of the City

In regard to the a lication of the United Petroleum Company,
4820 Excelsior Boulevard Minneapolis 16, Minnesota.
They wish to instal a LP-gas cylinder filling installation
at the Waldorf Paper Pro acts Company, Wabash and Raymond Avenues,
St. Paul, Minnesota. This installation will be used to fill lique-
fied petroleum gas cyli ers from a 12,000 gallon propane tank.
They propose to use it i the operation of their fork lift trucks.
We have investigate the foregoing and report from the informs.
tion I have received, t y will make this installation in accordance
with the specifications f the National Board of Fire Underwriters
Code and the St. Paul Fire Prevention Code. I, therefore, recommend
that license be granted.
