RESOLVED, That an 'Oxtra in the amount of $41.55 be allowed
under Contract Number G-663 between the City of Saint Paul
and the Schloegl Construction Company, said contract for
the Installation of Concrete Sidewalk, Curb and Sand Box
with Sculpture fora Playground Area located at Oxford and
Rondo, St. Paul, Minnesota, and said extra to cover the
installation of additional curbing and sidewalk , this work
having been requested by the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds
and Public Buildings , and agreement made with the contractor,

and a memorandum of said agreement having been filed with the

Dear Sir:
Contract Number 0-663 for the Installation of Concrete Side-
walk, Curb and Sand :ox with Sculpture for a Playground Area
located at Oxford an. Rondo, St. Paul, Minnesota, was awarded
to the Schloegl Cons ruction Company.
During the cours- of the work under the contract, it has
been found necessary to put in additional curbing and sidewalk,
and negotiations hay. been conducted with the Contractor who
agrees to install th' s additional curbing and sidewalk for the
sum of $41.55 which ' s a reasonable amount for the labor and
material involved.
It is therefore equested that a Resolution be submitted to
the Council authoriz 'ng an extra in the amount of $41.55 to the
Schloegl Constructio Company under contract number G-663 to
cover the above-desc ibed extra work.
