In the matter of partial], opening, widgning__andg giil,ng__tba_sxARSa s],_Sbart
Line Road by condemning and taking the following described lot: Lot 16, Block 7,
Boulevard Addition,
under Preliminary Order_. 18 71+8 , approved July 16, 1957
Intermediary Order 18 31 , approved July___30i 1957
Final Order 1 96 , approved August 271_ 1957
The Commissioner of Finance Saving submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of
damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement
and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making
of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessm @nt of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirma-
tion of the awards of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said assessment of
benefits; at the Council Chamber, i i the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the 9th day
of October , 19 57 , at ten o'clock A. M., and that the Commissioner of Finance
be and he is hereby directed to give otice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
