RESOLVED, that out of the Workmen' s Compensation
Account of the General Fund, weekly compensation of $45.00
be paid Mike Fritz while he is totally disabled by reason
of injuries he received on July 29 , 1957, while employed
by the Department f Public Works , and that $45. 00, in
partial settlement, to and including August 12, 1957, is
now payable.
