RESOLVED, that out of the Workmen' s Compensation
Account of the General Fund, weekly compensation of $45.00
be paid Thomas D. Moore while he is totally disabled by
reason of injuries he received during the last week of
April, 1957, while employed by the Department of Public
Works , and that $540.00 in partial settlement , to and
including August 16, 1957, is now payable.
