Dear Mr. Mitchell:
At the request of Mr. Okoneski, City Clerk, we have
investigated the position now filled by Walter Bell, who is
in charge of the voting machines in the Election Bureau under
the title Senior Clerk.
We find that the responsibilities of this position
involve considerably more than should be expected of a Senior
Clerk, and recommend that the title of Storekeeper--Voting
Machines be created. We would also suggest that this
position be placed in Grade 41 A.
Respectfully yours,
Chief aminer
