410 Street from Wabasha Street to Cedar Street and Reconstructing present Ornamental
Lights on asterly side of Wabasha Street fm Exchange Street to Tenth Street

accordance w th City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid # 611 (Item #2) of said Collins Electrical Constuuction Co. for the
contract pri e of $19,720.00 (Plus Engineering $986.00 by City forces) , (Unit
prices bid tq be used to determine value of additions and 80% of unit prices bid to
be used to determine value of deductions under this contract that may be ordered by
the City) , such bid being the lowest and said Collins Electrical Construction Co.
being a reaspnable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directed co draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials he eby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul.
