By Council File No. 184395— In the matter of changing the grade INTERMEDIARY ORDER of Louth Street from Como Avenue south to the Northern Pacific Railroad righ+-o<-'"ov to o^nfo*m +o *ho orade In the Matter of changing the grade of Louth Street from Como Avenue south to the Northern Pacific Railroad right-of-way to conform to the grade as shown on the profile on file in the Department of Public Works. Also grading Louth Street from Como Avenue south to the Northern Pacific Railroad right-of-way to the proposed change of grade, under Preliminary Order 181+121 approved August 13, 1957 The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is change the grade of Louth Street from Como Avenue south to the Northern Pacific Railroad right-of-way to conform to the grade as shown on the profile on file in the Department of Public Works. Also grade Louth Street from Como Avenue south to the Northern Pacific Railroad right- of-way to the proposed change of grade, with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 1,870.62 Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 1st day of October , 19 57 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the timF and the total cost thereof as estimated.
