Recolved. That the perforamnce of
one of the several conditions of Council
File NT 1F' 91 - d -ul- 94 19s'
RESOLVED, that the performance of one of the several conditions
of Council File No. 183891, approved July 24, 1957, and thereby
imposed upon Donat R. Courteau and Mae B. Courteau for the procure-
ment and delivery to the City of the .:1iLten assent to the removal
of the frame residence building from Etna Street, the subject of
said Council File No. 183891, duly executed by the registered owners
of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 2, of Mayall Park, being found impracticable
and unnecessary, and it appearing that said Donat R. Courteau and
Mae B. Courteau have otherwise made full compliance with all require-
ments imposed upon them by said Council File No. 133891, that the
procurement and d?livery of such written assent shall be and hereby
is waived and the aforesaid provision for such procurement shall be
deemed stricken from said Council File No. 183891.
