RESOLVED, That a credit in the amount of $332.00 be accepted
under Contract Number G-844 between the City of Saint Paul
and the Tab Construction Company, said contract for the
Construction of New Toilets in the Como Park Conservatory,
St. Paul, Minnesota, and said credit offered for the elimina-
tion of new foundation walls in portions where it was found
that the existing foundation walls were in a better condition
than anticipated.

Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-844 was awarded to the Tab Construction
Company for the Construction of New Toilets in the Como
Park Conservatgry, St. Paul, Minnesota.
During theicourse of the work under this contract, it
has been determined that the condition of some portions of
the foundation walls is better than was anticipated at the
time the specifications were written, and negotiations have
been conducted 'with the Contractor who offers the City a
credit in the amount of $332.00 for omitting some of the
new foundation wall and using the existing foundation wall.
This is a reasonable credit for this omission, and it is
therefore requested that a Resolution be submitted to the
Council accepting a credit in the amount of $332.00 to contract
number G-844.
