RESOLVED, that out of the Workmen' s Compensation
Account of the General Fund, weekly compensation of $45.00
be paid William 0. Ziemer while he is totally disabled by
reason of injuries he received on July 12, 1957, while
employed by the Department of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums
and Stadia , and that $270.00 in final settlement, to and
including August 23, 1957, is now payable.
