RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Board of
Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul are authorized
to accept the sum of $244.00 in settlement of the action of
City of Saint Paul vs. Mickeyts Connoisseur, Inc„ said action
involving a suit on behalf of the Board of Water Commissioners
for delinquent sewex rental charges, the total amount claimed
by the Board being approximately $309.30 through the month of
June 1957.
