WHEREAS, this work is to be paid from federal funds up to $2SQ000 made available by the FHWA and the remaining SSQ000 shall be paid by the Minnesota
Transpor[alion Museum, and
WHEREpS, a budget is needed to esiablish spending authodty and an activity to receipt the federal funds, so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendaROn of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital
Improvement Budget Comrrrittee, that $30Q000 is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this
Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvement Budgets, in the following particulax�:

The Ciry of Saint Paul has entered into an agreement with the Minnesota Transportafion Museum (MTM) to act as its agent in
accepting federal funds on their behalf for the preliminary engineering for the Jackson Street Powerhouse slability study, approved by
Council on CF 09-322. This work is to be paid from federal funds up to $250,000 made available by the FHWA and ffie remaining
$SQ000 shall be paid by the Minnesota TranspoRafion Museum. A budget is needed to estab(ish spending authority and an acUviry to
receipt the Federal and Minnesota TransportaUOn Museum funding
