Playground, th Groveland Playground, the Oxford Playground,
the East View Playground, the Prosperity Playground, and
the Griggs and Hubbard Playground, St. Paul, Minnesota,
and said credit offered for changing the building founda-
tion from footings and foundation walls to reinforced

Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-833 was awarded to Isedor Goldetsky
and Son Construction Company for General Construction of Six
Recreational Shelter Buildings located at the Homecroft Play-
ground, the Groveland Playground, the Oxford Playground, the
East View Playground, the Prosperity Playground, and the Griggs
and Hubbard Playground, St. Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, it has
been found necessary because of the bearing conditions of the
soil at the Oxford Playgrounds to change the building foundation
from footings and foundation walls to reinforced concrete slab,
and for this change from the original specifications, the contractor
has offered the City a credit in the amount of $200.00 which is
an acceptable amount for the change.
It is therefor requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council accepting this credit in the amount of $200.00
to contract number G-833.
