of the Mayor and the Comptroller, to issue Purchase Order to MARSH & McLENNAN for
Property Damage Insurance in the amount of $10,000.00, Public Liability Insurance in
the amount of $20,000/$40,000 and Workmen's Compensation Insurance for work to be
performed by Water Department in agreement with Minnesota Highway Department on
Project T.H. 10, S.P. 6235-28 Mississippi Street in St. Paul between York Avenue and
Sherwood Avenue at a cost of approximately $1067.60 without advertisement or
competitive bids as an emergency existed where failure to act promptly would work
hardship to the best interests of the City.
