COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, THAT THE use of the Arena section of the
Saint Paul Municipal Auditorium be given to the Woments
Institute of Saint Paul on the following dates :
October 1, November 6, December 6, 1957,
Januaxy 15, April 9, May 20, 1958,
upon payment of the cost of opening and operating on said dates ,
not to exceed $4,200.00, and any costs in excess of said sum
shall be set up in Auditorium Fund 1021.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that in the event of the Woments
Institute furnishing the ushers for said programs, said
Institute shall receive a credit of $150.00 per day, and shall pay only
