RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor,
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services
necessary for or reasonably incidental to the installation of Asphalt Tile at Baker, South
St. Anthony, Scheffer, Rice, Arlington and Hazel Park Playground Buildings, St. Paul,
Minnesota, to ST. PAUL LINOLEUM AND CARPET COMPANY in accordance with City specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6582 of said St. Paul Linoleum and Carpet
Company for the contract price of $2,188.00, such bid being the lowest and said St. Paul
Linoleum and Carpet Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
