RESOLVED, That an extra in the amount of $50.00 be allowed
under Contract Number G-844 between the City of Saint Paul
and the Tab Construction Company, said contract for the
Construction of New Toilets for the Como Park Conservatory,
St. Paul, Minnesota, and said extra to cover the removal of
several tables in affected areas, this work having been
requested by the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and Public
Buildings, and agreement made with the Contractor, and a
memorandum of said agreement having been filed with the
Comptroller and countersigned by him.

Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-844 was awarded to the Tab Construction
Company for Construction of New Toilets for the Como Park
Conservatory, St. Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, it
has been found necessary to move several tables in areas of
the growing houses, this work not included in the original
specifications, and negotiations have been conducted with
the contractor who agrees to move these tables for the extra
amount of $50.00 which is a reasonable amount for the work
to be done.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing an extra in the amount of $50.00
to contract number G-844 to cover the above described work.
