WHEREAS, on June 4, 1957, the Council of the City of Saint
Paul did pass a resolution, Council File No. 183130, which
resolution determined that it was in the public interest to
proceed to initiate, effectuate and carry out the purposes of
Laws of the State of Minnesota, 1957, Chapter 938, and
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Section 9 of said law, it
is provided that two members from the governing body of the
City be chosen by such governing body to the membership of the
"Hospital Facility Building Commission" , now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
two members from the governing body, the Council of the City of
Saint Paul, who are hereby chosen under the provisions of Section
9, to serve on said Commission, are as follows:
