RESOLVED, that the Clerk of Municipal Court of the City
of Saint Paul be paid forthwith the sum of 233.00 from the General
Fund of the City of Saint Paul, said sum being the equivalent of
the aggregate amount paid into said fund by said Clerk on account of
traffic violation fines, Municipal Court Complaints D-21731 and
D-5502, for which checks drawn on Falcon Heights State Bank and
First Minnehaha National Bank of Minneapolis, Minnesota, respectively,
were received by said Clerk and dishonored upon presentation, such
checks to be delivered to the City Comptroller by said Clerk.
