COMMISSIONER DATE
RESOLVED, that Lyle W. Louden be paid the sum of
$1,320.00 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his
injury of August 30, 1956, while in the employ of the Department
of Public Safety, whereby he suffered a temporary total disability
until February 18, 1957, and 10 per cent permanent partial
disability to his back, and that $960.00 in partial payment,
to August 5, 1957, is now payable, the remainder of said sum
of $1,320.90 to be payable at four-week intervals thereafter.
