184244 _ LUTION RATIFYING AND CON- - RESOLUTION RATIFYING ANTI NG CONDEMNATION AND q� i- 1 VARDS OF DAMAGES AND ( J- CONDEMNATION AND AWARDS 'SESSMENT THEREFOR • ASSESSMENT THEI tell File No. 184244-- the matter of partially openi • :ping and extending Shepard Ror :ondemnine and taking an ear' for hip' v purposes on he "o' " 7 doceribyd it <, In the niatter of partially opening, widening and exxtending 'Shepard Road by condemning and taking an easement for highway purposes on and across the following described tract of land, all in the City of St. Paul, County of Ramsey, and State of Minnesota, to wit: all that part of Lot 14, Partition Plat, bounded by the following described lines: Commencing at a point on the northwesterly line of Shepard Road (formerly Upper Levee), which is the southeasterly corner of the said Lot 14; thence southwesterly on the said northwesterly line, a distance of 35 feet to a point; thence in a north- easterly direction on a straight line to a point on the easterly line of the said Lot 14, that is 9 feet northerly of the point of beginning, as measured on the afore- said easterly line; thence southerly on the said easterly line to the point of beginning, under Preliminary Order_________ _182406 , approved April 18, 1957____ Intermediary Order 183 056 , approved May 28, 1957 Final Order 183453 , approved June 25, 1957 A public hearing having been had upon the taking and condemnation of the lands or easements therein, for the above improvement, and the awards of damages therefor, and also upon the assessment of benefits therefor, and the Council having duly considered the same, now therefore be it Resolved, That the taking and condemnation of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll, identified by the signature of the Commissioner of Finance, and made a part hereof, and the awards of damages to the owners of such lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said assessment roll, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed. Resolved further, that the said assessment of benefits, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court for confirmation.
