OF,SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA
1 WHEREAS, Auto Rescue, Inc. d/b/a Auto Rescue has applied for a Tow Truck Operator and three
2 Tow Truck Vehicle licenses; and
4 WHEREAS, Auto Rescue has a storage lot which is located outside the city limits of Saint Paul at
5 3164 Ryan Lane, Little Canada, Minnesota, 55117; and
7 WHEREAS, Saint Paul Legislative Code § 361.12 requires that "no licensee shall tow a motor
8 vehicle ... to a storage lot which is outside the limits of the City of Saint Paul unless the location has been
9 specifically approved by the city council" and
10
11 WHEREAS, the proposed storage lot is three and one half (3 'h) miles outside the limits of the City
12 of Saint Paul; and
13
14 WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends approval of these licenses and
15 this storage lot; now therefare be it
16
17 RESOLVED, that a Tow Truck Operator and three Tow Truck Vehicle license are issued to Auto
18 Rescue, Inc. d/b/a Auto Rescue and the storage lot at 3164 Ryan Lane, Little Canada, Minnesota, 55117 is
19 hereby approved.
