PAUL OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF FINANCE Report of Completion of Assessment 181749 July 23 19-5_7_ In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 6, Lane's North Dale Park, from Iowa Avenue to California Avenue, under Preliminary Order 177273 , approved March 28, 1956 Intermediary Order 177857 , approved May 15, 1956 _ Final Order 178271 _, approved June 12, 1956 To the Council of the City of St. Paul: The Commissioner of Finance hereby reports to the Council the following as a statement of the ex- penditures necessarily incurred for and in connection with the making of the above improvement, viz: Cost of construction. $ 3,258.50 Engineering $ 360.00 Inspection fees Postal cards. $ 1.68 Publications $ 12.60 Court costs for confirmation $ 4.20 Total expenditures $ 3,636.98 Said Commissioner further reports that he has assessed and levied the total amount as above ascer- tained, to-wit: the sum of $ 3,616.98 upon each and every lot, part or parcel of land deemed benefited by the said improvement, and in the case of each lot, part or parcel of land in accordance with the benefits conferred thereon; that the said assessment has been completed, and that hereto attached, identified by the signature of the said Commissioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as completed by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be considered proper. �/f[[�y,�, .iy�2 /i . 414-C�crttlf M z:z Commissioner of Finance
