WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County are desirous
of constructing a new bridge on Larpenteur Avenue over the tracks of the
Soo Line Railroad Company in the vicinity of Little Canada Road approximately
1100 feet west of Edgerton Street, such construction on Larpenteur Avenue
requiring the removal of an old existing bridge on Little Canada Road, said
new bridge on Larpenteur Avenue also serving the purpose of the existing
bridge; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of St. Paul concur in the
action of the Board of County Commissioners in providing for the elimination
of the old bridge on Little Canada Road at such time as the construction of
