WHEREAS, Frank D. Marzitelli, then Councilman of the
City of Saint Paul and member of Minneapolis-Saint Paul Metropolitan
Airports Commission, resigned his office as Councilman of said City
effective the end of the day of August 14, 1957, thereby also
vacating his said membership on said Minneapolis-Saint Paul Metro-
politan Airports Commission; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
Bernard T. Holland, Councilman of the City of Saint Paul, be and
he is hereby appointed a member of the Minneapolis-Saint Paul

Metropolitan Airports Commission, effective August ;e, 1957, to
supply said vacancy therein and to serve the remainder of the
six-year term to which said Frank D. Marzitelli had been appointed
and which will expire July 6, 1961.
