NCIL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM

;::SOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of
the Purchasing Committee in awarding contract for furnishing and delivering
approximately 110,000 gallons Motor Gasoline to various departments of
the City of St. Paul for the period of September, October, and November,
1957 to CLARK OIL AND REFINING CORPORATION in accordance with City
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6542 of
said Clark Oil and Refining Corporation for the contract price of
approximately $13,519.00, such bid being the lowest and said Clark Oil
and Refining Corporation being the lowest reliable and reasonable bidder,
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the
proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby
are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of St.
