Council City of St. Paul Dear Council Members : An inspection was made of the one story frame dwelling located at 567 Orleans Street on Lot 5, Block 10 , Olivier's Addition. This dwelling is approximately 50 by 14 by 18 feet , bad- ly deteriorated, vacant for several years , some windows boarded and some broken out, unkept, and dangerous to life , limb, and adjoining property. It should be wreck- ed and removed. The last known record owner is Jean T. Switter, 1087 Ed- gerton Street, St. Paul 1 , Minnesota . Danger Notices have been posted.
