Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall, in said City, at ten o'clock
A. M. on September 6, 1957, upon the advisability and
necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or wrecking
and removal of the one story frame dwelling on Lot 5, Block 10,
Olivier' s Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in
the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
also described as No. 567 Orleans Street, because said structure
is reported to be dangerous ancnsafe to life, limb and

Dear Council Members :
An inspection was made of the one story frame dwelling
located at 567 Orleans Street on Lot 5, Block 10 ,
Olivier's Addition.
This dwelling is approximately 50 by 14 by 18 feet , bad-
ly deteriorated, vacant for several years , some windows
boarded and some broken out, unkept, and dangerous to
life , limb, and adjoining property. It should be wreck-
ed and removed.
The last known record owner is Jean T. Switter, 1087 Ed-
gerton Street, St. Paul 1 , Minnesota . Danger Notices
have been posted.
Kindly institute condemnation action in accordance with
Section 107.2 of the building code , by setting a public
hearing date .
