F. 183623 was mailed to John E. Blomquist, Inc. , Empire Bank Building , St. Paul 1 , and Irving Levenson, 394 N. Dale Street, St. Paul 3, which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the two story frame fourplex at 404-6 N. Dale Street, also described as Except N 125 feet of Lot 15 and Except E 10 feet of Lot 17 , and all of Lot 16, Block 10 , Mackubin & Marshall ' s Addition to St. Paul , as publish- ed in the official paper. Mr. Levenson directed a letter to Commissioner Holland on June l'> in which he advised that negotiations were under way to have the existing buildings removed as soon as fi- nancial arrangements have been completed. However, no appeal has been filed with this office for a re- hearing of the condemnation proceedings and the building has not been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks , Playgrounds And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the building thereon, and do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of life , limb and adjoining property.
