Gentlemen 8 Madam:
This Department nas made an inspection of the two story
frame and brick veneer fourplex at 1605 Marshall Avenue ,
which is described as All of vacated N and S alley adja-
cent and all of E and W alley vacated and W one half of
Lot 8, and All of Lot 7 , Block 8, College Park Addition.
This building is 70 by 45 by 20 feet. It was moved to
this location in two sections and, on one section, the
brick veneer is in very dangerous condition. Foundation
is open and has not been backfilled. Pilasters have not
been built in basement. In its present condition, it con-
stitutes a hazard to life , limb, and adjoining property.
It should be wrecked.
The last known record owner is A. H. Markert, 900 Minneso-
ta Building , St. Paul 1. Danger Notices have been posted.
Kindly set a hearing date in accordance with condemnation
provisions of the Building Code as outlined in Section 107.
2 of the building code .
