This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 7607, approved February 13, 1935, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by inserting in its proper alphabetical order the following title and specification for Custodian Engineer--Municipal Stadium. Examples of work performed: To supervise the custodial and maintenance employees at the stadium. To be responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of the heating, ventilating, lighting, sprinkling, sanitary and drainage facilities at the stadium. To make minor repairs in connection with the above and to report necessary repairs to buildings, grounds or equipment other than those of a minor nature, and to see that such work is done in accordance with specifications. To supervise the cleaning of the areas adjacent to the stadium including the parking lots. To order supplies and materials. To act as chief watchman to prevent vandalism.
