The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with the above improvesnent having
been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 2nd day of September,
2009 at the hour of 5:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber ofthe Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St.
Paul; that the ValuaYion and Assessment Engineer give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in
said notice the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the ainount assessed against the lot or

Property owners or renters create a health ha7atd at various times throughout the City of Saint Paul when their proper[y is not kept up.
The Ciry is required by City code to clean up the properry and chazge the properry owner for the clean up.
Advantages If Approved:
Cost recovery pxograms to recover expenses for summary abatement, grass cutting, towing of abandoned vehicles, demolitions,
garbage hauling and boazdings-up.
