RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and he herein is
authorized and instructed to enter into an agreement with the Northern
States Power Company for the furnishing and installation of six temporary
street lights on the Shepard Road Detour between the High Bridge and
Western Avenue, at a cost of $850.00, said lights requiring extensions
not covered by the standard street lighting agreement, and said lighting
being in the interest of public safety. Charge Bond Fund 200, Project No.
ST-4.
