RESOLVED, that upon recommendation of the Second United
Improvement Program Advisory Committee and approval by the Council
Technical Committee, the following transfers in bond funds are hereby authorized:
the amount of 5170,000.00, unexpended, hitherto allotted to Project St-13
in Bond Fund No. 200, to new street construction project, designated as De Courcy
Drive, Comptroller to provide a project number for said project in Bona Fund No.
200 upon passage of this resolution
