PROPOSAL FOR IMPROVEMENT PRELIMINARY ORDER

PRELIMINARY ORDER.
The undersigned hereby proposes the makingof the following public improvement by the City of Saint Paul,viz.:
Partially opening, widening and extending Randolph Avenue, as an
approach to the proposed Shepard Road, by condemning and taking the
following described lots and parcels of land:
The south 38 ft. of that part of Block 30, Stinson,Brow•n &
Ramsey's Addition to St. Paul, lying between Oneida Street
and Webster Street.
Also the south 20 ft. of Lots 7 to 12 inclusive, A. Vance Brown
Subdivision of Block 30, Stinson, Brown & Ramsey's Addition to St.Paul.
Also those parts of Lots 25 to 27 inclusive, Thos. Daly's
Subdivision, Block 31, Stinson, Brown & Ramsey's Addition to St.Paul,
lying southeasterly of the following described lines: Commencing at the
southwesterly corner of the said Lot 25; thence easterly in a straight
line to a point on the east line of Lot 25 which is 4 ft. north of the
southeasterly corner of said Lot 25; thence northeasterly in a straight
line to a point on the east line of Lot 27 which is 50 ft. north of the
southeasterly corner of Lo* 26, Thos. Daly's Subdivision, Block 31,
Stinson, Broom & Ramsey's Addition to St. Paul.
Subdivision of Block 30, Stinson, Brown & Ramsey's Addition to St.Paul.
Also those parts of Lots 25 to 27 inclusive, Thos. Daly's
