Southerly of and parallel to the following described lines: Commencing, for the purpose of establishing the point of beginning, at the SVW corner of the NW , Section 27, Township 29—N, Range 23-1N; thence North on the West Section line of said Section 27, a distance of 1089.27 ft.; thence Easterly on a straight line that makes an angle of 90° with the said section line, a distance of 50 ft. to a point on the East line of Snelling Ave., which is the point of beginning; thence Easterly on the said previous line produced a distance of 9)4 ft. to a point; thence on a straight line that makes an angle to the right of 30 261, a distance of 400.72 ft. to a point; thence on a straight line that makes an angle to the left of 2° 17' , a distance of 884.20 ft. to a point; thence on a straight line that makes an angle to the left of 1° 09' a distance of 424.6 ft. to the end of opening. „wat..as aiau uivu ui 1,11e lauus or easements tnereln, for the above improvement, and the awards of damages therefor, and also upon the assessment of benefits therefor, and the Council having duly considered the same, now therefore be it Resolved, That the taking and condemnation of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll, identified by the signature of the Commissioner of Finance, and made a part hereof, and the awards of damages to the owners of such lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said assessment roll, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed. Resolved further, that the said assessment of benefits, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court for confirmation.
