In the matter of
Opening and extending the proposed Schroeder Drive by taking and condemning the fol.
described parcels of land: All that land in the South 2 of the Nll , Section 27,
Township 29—N, Range 23—b, bounded on the North by the Northerly line of the
Civic Athletic Stadium and on the South by a line that is 50 ft. Southerly of and
parallel to the following described lines: Commencing, for the purpose of
establishing the point of beginning, at the SVW corner of the NW , Section 27,
Township 29—N, Range 23-1N; thence North on the West Section line of said Section
27, a distance of 1089.27 ft.; thence Easterly on a straight line that makes an
angle of 90° with the said section line, a distance of 50 ft. to a point on the
East line of Snelling Ave., which is the point of beginning; thence Easterly on
the said previous line produced a distance of 9)4 ft. to a point; thence on a
straight line that makes an angle to the right of 30 261, a distance of 400.72 ft.
to a point; thence on a straight line that makes an angle to the left of 2° 17' ,
a distance of 884.20 ft. to a point; thence on a straight line that makes an angle
to the left of 1° 09' a distance of 424.6 ft. to the end of opening.

for the above improvement, and the awards of damages therefor, and also upon the assessment of benefits
therefor, and the Council having duly considered the same, now therefore be it
Resolved, That the taking and condemnation of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll,
identified by the signature of the Commissioner of Finance, and made a part hereof, and the awards of
damages to the owners of such lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said assessment roll,
be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed.
Resolved further, that the said assessment of benefits, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified,
and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court for confirmation.

Township 29—N, Range 23—W, bounded on the North by the Northerly line of the
Civic Athletic Stadium and on the South by a line that is 50 ft. Southerly of and
parallel to the following described lines: Commencing, for the purpose of
establishing the point of beginning, at the SW* corner of the NW , Section 27,
Township 29—N, Range 23—W; thence North on the West Section line of said Section

TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL:
The Commissioner of Finance hereby reports:
That he has fixed and determined the value of the land, lands or easements therein taken and appro-
priated for the above improvement and the amounts of the awards of damages therefor to the owners
thereof, and the persons to whom such awards are payable; that he has also fixed and determined the
amount of benefits to property, from the making of said improvement, not exceeding the cost there-
of, and that hereto attached is an assessment roll entitled as above and identified with the signature of
the undersigned, containing the undersigned's finding on said matters.
