In the matter of
Opening and extending the proposed Flynn Street to a width of 80 ft. by taking and
condemning the following described parcel of land: A parcel of land 80 ft. in
width in the SW+ of the NW's Sec. 27, T-29 N, R-23 1N., the center line of which is
described as follows: Commencing, for the purpose of establishing the point of
beginning, on the east line of Snelling Avenue as described in the opening of
Schroeder Drive; thence Easterly on a straight line making an angle of 90° with the
East line of Snelling Avenue a distance of 9t ft. to a point; thence on a straight
line that makes an angle to the right of 3° 261 a distance of !400.72 ft. to a point;
thence on a straight line that makes an angle to the left of 2° 171 a distance of
814.90 ft. to a point; thence on a straight line that makes an angle to the right of
900 a distance of 50 ft. to a point which is the point of beginning; thence
Southerly on the said previous line produced to a point on the Southerly line of
the Civic Athletic Stadium, which point is the end of opening.
A public hearing having been had upon the taking and condemnation of the lands or easements therein,
for the above improvement, and the awards of damages therefor, and also upon the assessment of benefits
therefor, and the Council having duly considered the same, now therefore be it
Resolved, That the taking and condemnation of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll,
identified by the signature of the Commissioner of Finance, and made a part hereof, and the awards of
damages to the owners of such lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said assessment roll,
be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed.
Resolved further, that the said assessment of benefits, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified,
and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court for confirmation.

East line of Snelling Avenue a distance of 94 ft. to a point; thence on a straight
line that makes an angle to the right of 3° 26' a distance of 400.72 ft. to a point;
thence on a straight line that makes an angle to the left of 2° 17' a distance of
84.90 ft. to a point; thence on a straight line that makes an angle to the right of
90° a distance of 50 ft. to a point which is the point of beginning; thence
Southerly on the said previous line produced to a point on the Southerly line of
the Civic Athletic Stadium, which point is the end of opening.

TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL:
The Commissioner of Finance hereby reports:
That he has fixed and determined the value of the land, lands or easements therein taken and appro-
priated for the above improvement and the amounts of the awards of damages therefor to the owners
thereof, and the persons to whom such awards are payable; that he has also fixed and determined the
amount of benefits to property, from the making of said improvement, not exceeding the cost there-
of, and that hereto attached is an assessment roll entitled as above and identified with the signature of
the undersigned, containing the undersigned's finding on said matters.
