1 WHEREAS, on May 6, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-457,
2 said Resolution being the Rarification of Assessment for collecrion of delinquent vacant building
3 monitoring fees re-invoiced in December 2008 (File No. VB0901, Assessment No. 8630); and

5 WHEREAS, the properties on the attached list are for the collection of delinquent vacant building
6 monitoring fees in the amount of $1,070; and
7
8 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessments as they were made in
9 error.

11 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessments for the attached list of properties
12 be deleted, plus any accrued interests.
