RESOLVED, that the following described unimproved lands
situate in the City of Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota,
to-wit:
The NWl of the NEI and the S; of the NE* of the N74
of Section 15, Township 28, Range 22,
heretofore having been, by State deed, pursuant to the statute in
such cases made and provided, conveyed, as tax-forfeited lands, by the
State of Minnesota, as Grantor, to the City of Saint Paul, as Grantee,
and such lands being owned and held by said City under said State deed,
exclusively for refuse disposal use and eventual wharves, levees , and
river development uses, and being available and necessary for such public
purpose, Minneapolis-Saint Paul Sanitary District, pursuant to its
application therefor, be and it hereby is granted a temporary permit
for its use of said lands for refuse disposal purposes, particularly
for the deposit and disposal of ash representative of refuse from the
operation of its sewage disposal plant, and that all acts of City
officers heretofore taken in the premises providing for the granting of
any such permit to said permittee be and the same hereby are in all
things approved, ratified, and confirmed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that all operations of said permittee
under the permit hereby authorized shall be subject to the supervision
and control of the Commissioner of Public Works of the City of Saint
Paul, and that the said permit hereunder shall be subject to revocation
by resolution of the Council of the City of Saint Paul at the discretion
of said Council.
