PAUL FILE NCIL NO OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK U► IL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY f July 31. 1957 COMMISSIONER DATF ,uncil File No. 84009—By Bernard Hclland- ,,t, ;� reiv e t RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of buildings, sheds, coal bins and removal of scale pit, miscellaneous concrete and debris located on the north side of Randolph Avenue between Erie Street and Oneida Street, described as that part of Block 27, Stinson, Brown and Ramsey's Addition, adjacent to and north of Randolph Avenue between Erie Street and Oneida Street and south of the following described line: Commencing at a point on the west line of Erie Street that is 122.18 feet north of the north line of Randolph Avenue, thence in a southwesterly direction on a straight line to a point on the east line of Oneida Street that is 51.25 feet north of the north line of Randolph Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota to TRUCK CRANE SERVICE COMPANY in accordance with City specifi- cations therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6526 of said Truck Crane Service Company, City pay Contractor $535.00, such bid being the lowest and said Truck Crane Service Company being a reliable and reasonable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
