Maryland Ave. and White Bear Ave" which property had only an original zoning of 100 feet on each Avenue as commercial. That under date of August 12, 1949, Council File #149342 said commer- cial zoning was extended to include the full frontage of 182.88 feet on White Bear Avenue, leaving still zoned commercial lA0 feet on Maryland Ave., apparently for the reason that 100 feet of commercial on Maryland was sufficient according to our layout that did not call for specific use of the property as commercial beyond 100 feet on Maryland Avenue. Now, that the development of the area to the east of the station has caused considerably more traffic on Maryland Avenue, a pump island with gasoline pumps and an extra opening becomes necessary on Maryland Avenue to handle this business.
