RESOLVED, That the proper City Officials be authorized
to issue a warrant in favor of Irene Rourke, 81 North Griggs Street,
St. Paul 4, Minnesota, in the sum of $20. 00 as a refund on Golf
Playing Permit No. 2099, said Irene Rourke due to physical
injury which has incapacitated her, will be unable to make use
of said Golf Permit for the remainder of the golf playing season.
