RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul accept a deed
of easement from the Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul,
conveying to the City an easement of a strip of land 20. feet'in
width for the installation and maintenance of a supplementary
sewer line over and across the property described in said grant
of easement, a copy of which is attached hereto, together with
the conditions specifically set out in said deed; This is a
corrective resolution to cure inadvertent errors in Council
File No. 186853, approved A?ril 3, 1958, and said Council
File No. 186853 is hereby ordered canceled and revoked.
